Souper cool and hog heaven...

Goede middag allemaal,

vandaag wil ik 2 simpele grappige kaartjes laten zien. Ik had nog hele leuke stempels van My Favorite Things liggen die ik nog niet gebruikt had. Met mijn verjaardag had ik een set stanzen gekregen waar een fornuis bij zat  die ik graag wilde gebruiken met de kok. Het was even vogelen omdat het fornuis in verhouding groot was vergeleken met de kok maar het trapje uit de shadowbox stanzenset van Marianne Design bleek de oplossing waardoor het een grappige kaart is geworden. Heb een klein gedeelte van de trap gebruikt:

Good afternoon everyone,

today I want to show you 2 simpel but funny cards. I had some very cute stamps from My Favorite Things that I haven't used yet. For my birthday I got a dieset with a stove that I wanted to combine with the cook. It wasn't easy to use the cook with the stove because the stove was a bit bigger but the the ladder from shawdowbox dieset from Marianne Design was the solution so it became a funny card. I used only a little part of the stairs:

Cardstock: white, turquoise.

Stamps and sentiment: My Favorite Things "Recipy for Happiness".

Tools: MFT dienamics "Blueprints 13, Classic Window (used a part for the cooker hood)", Boekenvoordeel "kitchen", Marianne Design Brick embossingfolder, craftable "boxcards".

Coloring: Distress ink.

ink used:

Chef skin: Tattered Rose, Vintage Photo.

Chef outfit: Peacock Feathers.

Kitchen tools and floor: Rusty Hinge, Black Soot (very light coloring the pans and ladder) Peacock Feathers (salt).

Oven: Black Soot.

 

En ik vond het vliegende varkentje erg leuk en met 1 van tekstjes kreeg ik het idee om deze met wolkjes en een regenboog te combineren. Ik heb 1 van de varkentjes laten "vliegen" door er een slider card van te maken. Door de kaart te kantelen vliegt het varkentje van rechts naar links.

And I thought this flying pig was adorable and one of the sentiments gave me this idea to combine it with clouds and a rainbow. I wanted to make one pig to actually fly by creating a slider card. The piglet flies from right to left by tilting the card a bit.

Cardstock: white, light blue pearl.

Piglets: Tattered Rose.
Rainbow: Picked Raspberry, Rusty Hinge, Mustard Seed, Cruched Olive, Peacock Feathers, Dusty Concord.
